Raise Your Hand Texas will provide two free nights of hotel accommodations (January 31st and February 1st) to those attendees who live outside the Austin area. If your home zip code does NOT begin with “787” you are eligible for a free room.

  • If you are eligible for a room, you must register as an attendee directly with the Renaissance Hotel. Invited alumni will receive their link by email no later than October 15, 2016. If you did not receive your expected email, please Contact Us.
  • Hotel registration is separate from conference registration and is you must enter your information at the link above to get the room.
  • Free rooms are limited to the first 300 eligible respondents.
  • If reserve a room but cannot attend you must cancel your room reservation by January 30, 2017 or your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.
  • You are responsible for all optional room fees (e.g. incidentals and room service).

Valet Parking — $25.00 per day; $25.00 overnight/$18.00 per day
On-site Parking — Complimentary

TO AND FROM AIRPORT

Neither the hotel nor Raise Your Hand Texas provides shuttle service from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Super Shuttle can provide transportation from the airport for $20.00 one way. Taxi fare from the airport is an estimated $45.00 one way.

COMPUTERS AND INTERNET

The Renaissance Austin Hotel has complimentary WiFi in the lobby only. WiFi will not be available in the meeting rooms. You may access high-speed Internet in your room (at your expense) for $9.95/day or enhanced high-speed for $15.95/day.

ON-SITE ASSISTANCE

Raise Your Hand staff members are available to assist with any questions or needs during the conference. Staff members are stationed in the registration areas as well as monitoring individual conference sessions. Do not hesitate to ask them for help or information.
