This kit contains the Raising Blended Learners initiative grant summary, downloadable Raise Your Hand Texas and Raising Blended Learners logos, project statements of the twenty winning teams, a map of the twenty demonstration districts, YouTube playlists highlighting important benchmarks from the initiative, and downloadable video and photos that illustrate blended learning in action.

Twenty Winners Selected


Twenty school districts selected as blended learning demonstration sites in the second cohort of the Raising Blended Learning initiative. Each district will receive up to $300,000 in grant funding plus additional in-kind technical assistance to implement a personalized learning program within their district.

Profiles of Raising Blended Learners Districts

Learn more about each of the current 20 Raising Blended Learners districts from the problem they are solving in their districts using blended learning to key features of their blended implementations. Districts are spending the 2020-21 school year planning their blended learning programs and will begin implementation in the 2021-22 school year.
