Notes From Cambridge

July 11, 2013 |

We are having a great time in Cambridge, Massachusetts! Sunday afternoon was spent with Elizabeth City learning about strategies and why strategic planning matters. Narrowing the focus and teacher buy-in were also hot topics! Principals were given ways to plan successful meetings using a meeting checklist and agenda.

Today was outdoor team building activities at Project Adventure. We worked with our team members to build trust and stronger lines of communication. Principals from all over the world completed tasks and took on challenges in our “stretch” zones to help us grow as learners. This experience is beyond amazing! I am looking forward to more great lectures and exciting ideas to implement when I return to Texas.

Thank you Raise Your Hand Texas!
