Raise Your Hand Texas Names Bob Popinski Policy Director

Raise Your Hand Texas today announced that Bob Popinski, former associate at Moak Casey and Associates, will serve as policy director at Raise Your Hand.
In his new role, Popinski will help develop Raise Your Hand’s policy strategies and priorities for improving teacher preparation and school leadership, encouraging school district autonomy and innovation, and expanding educational opportunity though programs including full-day high-quality pre-Kindergarten.
