As Texas struggles to keep pace with 21st century workforce demands, Raise Your Hand Texas believes Texans deserve a public school system that creates a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting tomorrow’s challenges. We support pathways that ensure every student is on track for college, career, or military readiness after high school.
Our public schools must be able to provide students with an education that prepares them for the jobs of the future.
A well-rounded education with opportunities for students to explore their interests and try new learning experiences are imperative to creating this future workforce. From strong core classes to electives and extracurricular activities, to career and technical education, our students need resources and opportunities to discover their passion and forge a pathway for their future.
