Raise Your Hand Texas will provide two complimentary nights of hotel accommodations (on February 11 and 13) to a limited number of attendees who live outside the Austin area. If you live within 15 miles of the symposium, we respectfully ask that you leave the hotel rooms for alumni traveling from out of town.
Although Raise Your Hand Texas will cover the room and tax charges, guests are responsible for all optional room fees including in-room WiFi, incidentals, room service, parking, etc.
Neither the hotel nor Raise Your Hand Texas provides shuttle service to and from the airport. Any necessary ground transportation will need to be arranged by the participant prior to their arrival and departure from the symposium.
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact Briana Mascitelli via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org before Friday, January 4, 2019. After this date, Raise Your Hand Texas may seek reimbursement for one night’s room and tax.
