An incoming graduate student for Trinity University’s Masters of Arts in Teaching program, Stella aspires to become a chemistry teacher. Throughout her childhood, exceptional educators helped Stella believe in herself. Grateful for their support, Stella hopes to use her role as an educator to give back and help other students value their self-worth. As a chemistry teacher, Stella is dedicated to making the sciences more attractive to students, eliminating any negative stigma associated with it. She’s excited to show students that chemistry teaches people how to solve problems in a logical manner — an important and interdisciplinary skill.
