2021 Virtual Charles Butt Scholar® Symposium
June 10-12, 2021
The Charles Butt Scholarship Team is thrilled to invite you to the 2021 Virtual Charles Butt Scholar® Symposium on June 10th, 11th, and 12th. The symposium will feature knowledgeable and passionate keynote speakers, engaging professional development opportunities, and fun community-building activities!
This year’s symposium theme, This is Where We Shine, offers a message to current and future teachers of daring leadership, leaning into the uncertainty and the vulnerability, and bringing light to students, their communities, and themselves. We know this has been a difficult year for many, and hope this year’s Symposium will be an uplifting and inspiring experience.
In the uncertainty, in the gap, in the not knowing. This is where we shine.
In the emptiness, the disconnection, the misunderstanding. This is where we shine.
In the fear, in the confusion, in the past, present, and future. This is where we shine.
