Dr. Libby Cohen, Executive Director of Raise Your Hand Texas, has a message for you regarding your advocacy. Your support for HB 4 helped push this bill to a conference committee at the last minute. Ultimately, time ran out, and negotiations were unsuccessful; however, this issue is now even more well-positioned for discussion and legislation in the 90th Legislative Session.
