Skylar Gallop is the regional advocacy director for the Panhandle of Texas. Skylar works to inform voters in the Texas Panhandle of critical issues facing the more than five million students in our state’s public schools. She also helps inspire and motivate Panhandle voters to become more involved in legislative matters at both state and local levels. Skylar is a former television news reporter and anchor and her steadfast commitment to ethics, truth, and communication aids in the advancement of public education for all Texas students.
Skylar has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from West Texas A&M University and proudly calls Amarillo her family’s home.
