Raise Your Hand Texas will provide two complimentary nights of hotel accommodations (on February 16 and 17) to a limited number of attendees who live outside the Dallas area. If you live within 15 miles of the symposium, we respectfully ask that you leave the hotel rooms for alumni traveling from out of town.
Although Raise Your Hand Texas will cover the room and tax charges, guests are responsible for all optional room fees including in-room WiFi, incidentals, room service, parking, etc. You will need to put a credit card on file to reserve your complimentary room. Your credit card will ONLY be charged for any optional services you request or if you fail to cancel by the registration deadline.
To cancel: If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact the Sheraton before Friday, January 14, 2022. After this date, Raise Your Hand Texas may seek reimbursement for one night’s room and tax.
Neither the hotel nor Raise Your Hand Texas provides shuttle service to and from the airport. Any necessary ground transportation will need to be arranged by the participant prior to their arrival and departure from the symposium.
