Victoria Wang

Research Fellow

Victoria joined the Raise Your Hand Texas team in 2020 as a Research Fellow to support the Strategy & Evaluation Team. Prior to Raise Your Hand Texas, Victoria was a kindergarten teacher for KIPP Texas Public Schools, and she is also the founder and host of her own podcast, #TeacherLife, which serves to amplify and empower the voices of everyday teachers.

Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago, as well as a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin. In the fall, Victoria will head back to University of Texas at Austin to begin her Masters program in Educational Policy and Planning.
